Students Participated in the Virtual Exchange

On 22 April 2020, the students at the Department of Anglo-American Studies, Faculty of Philology at the University of Banja Luka, participated with their colleagues from the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Sarajevo in the virtual exchange, which is part of the Global Classroom program.

The students at the Faculty of Philology, University of Banja Luka, Vanja Vekic, Vid Kecman, Tijana Majkic, Jovana Latincic, Anja Sevo and Jelena Stefanovska had the opportunity to exchange their experiences on the use of applied drama and position of art in teaching at these universities and to present their papers.

The author of the book „Drama-based Pedagogy” Katie Dawson, who initiated this project, took also part in the meetings. This exchange is only the beginning of future cooperation between these three universities.

The Faculty of Philology students participated in this exchange under the supervision of Senior Assistant Milica Josic-Milinovic, MA, while colleagues from Sarajevo were supervised by Senior Assistant Alma Zero, MA. The students from Texas were guided by Prof. Lara Dosett.
