Odgovor voćarskih kultura na nedostatak vode i primjena sistema za donošenje odluka o navodnjavanju
Uslijed klimatskih promjena, nedostatak vode i povećani zahtjevi za evapotranspiracijom predstavljaju ozbiljan izazov za poljoprivredu i šumarstvo, širom svijeta jer ugrožavaju buduće snabdijevanje mnogih voćarskih kultura kao i šumskih voćkarica. Projekat ima za cilj detekciju virusa šarke šljive (PPV) kod autohtonih sorti koštičavih voćaka (šljiva, trešnja, višnja, breskva, kajsija) u poljskim kolekcijama Instituta za genetičke resurse u Republici Srpskoj. Kroz serološke (ELISA) i molekularne metode (PCR), ispitaće se zdravstveno stanje biljaka u kolekcijama u Botaničkoj bašti i Aleksandrovcu. Cilj je utvrditi prisutnost PPV, identifikovati zaražena stabla, analizirati sojeve virusa i pratiti vektore (lisne vaši).
