Participation in the International Week at Masaryk University
University of Banja LukaGeneralThe Senior Assistant in the Office for Support to International Projects and Exchange, Aleksandra Vučanović Graorac, MA, participated in the International Week of Masaryk University in Brno, in the period from 24 to 28 November 2025.
Within the International Week in Brno, Vučanović Graorac visited the Office for International Cooperation at Masaryk University, where she had a chance to discuss students’, administrative, and academic exchanges within the Erasmus program. She also took part in workshops dealing with innovations in the field of international cooperation and mobility. During her stay, she visited the Center for supporting students with special needs, as well as Mandel’s University, which is one of the oldest higher education institutions in the country.
Masaryk University was established in 1919 and comprises ten faculties. The biggest gratitude for founding this university goes to Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk, the first President of the Czechoslovak Republic and a professor at Karl’s University. Currently, there are about 40.000 students at Masaryk University.
