A Memorandum of Understanding with the OSCE Mission Soon

The signing of the memorandum of understanding between the University of Banja Luka and the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina was discussed on 19 March 2024, at a meeting between the Rector of the University Prof. Radoslav Gajanin, PhD, and Head of OSCE Field Office in Banja Luka Sabrina Schirmer.

As agreed at the meeting in the Rector's Cabinet, the memorandum defining the directions of further cooperation between the two institutions could be signed in the next month.

Moreover, at this meeting, which was also attended by the Vice-Rector for Material and Human Resources Prof. Dalibor Kesić, PhD, and Education Officer of the OSCE Field Office in Banja Luka Valerija Tišma, talks were conducted about strengthening cooperation of the University of Banja Luka with higher education institutions in Europe and America.
