    Given that it deals with the analysis of the flow and control of administrative work, the study of this subject is conditioned by the knowledge of the subject of the Basics of Administrative Law course, in which the static component (organizational and content aspect) of that work is studied.
    Learning objectives
    The course is designed with the aim that students will acquire basic and in-depth knowledge of the most important terms, issues and law institutes of the general administrative procedure and administrative dispute of the Republic of Srpska by studying this course. The ultimate goal is for students, by mastering the material of the valid general administrative and administrative-judicial regime in the law of the Republic of Srpska, to be theoretically and practically educated and qualified to work in individual bodies, organizations and institutions that apply this issue.
    Learning outcomes
    By acquiring basic and extended theoretical and practical knowledge from this subject, students will be able to professionally, knowledgably and competently perform tasks in the domain of the widely represented dynamic and complex component of administrative work and acquire the necessary level of knowledge for further professional development.
    Content
    The content of the course includes the study of the following thematic units: 1. Administrative procedural law and its place in the legal system of the Republic of Srpska; Concept, goal, importance and types of administrative procedure; Legal regulation, content and application of the rules of general administrative procedure in the law of the Republic of Srpska; 2. Basic principles of general administrative procedure; 3. Jurisdiction; Participants in the administrative procedure; 4. Communication of authorities and parties; Deadlines and rollback; 5. Initiation of the procedure and merging of administrative matters into one procedure; Dispositive party actions during the procedure; 6. Abbreviated procedure; Special examination procedure; 7. Completion of the first instance administrative procedure; 8. Second instance administrative procedure; 9. Administrative executive procedure; 10. Extraordinary legal remedies; 11. Management control; 12. Systems of judicial control over the work of the administration; Theoretical understandings of the concept of administrative dispute; 13. Types of administrative dispute; Administrative dispute in positive law; 14. Participants in an administrative dispute; Reasons for conducting an administrative dispute; Lawsuit in an administrative dispute; Administrative dispute resolution procedure; 15. Legal remedies in an administrative dispute; Obligation and enforcement of final judgments from administrative disputes.
    Teaching Methods
    Teaching will be conducted in the form of lectures, presentation of selected topics by students, interactive communication, defense of seminar papers, consultations.
