      Learning objectives
      The goal is to familiarize students with the basic paradigms and concepts in the field of sociology of law, so that they can critically independently problematize, analyze, operationalize and investigate the phenomena related to the role of law in society.

      Teaching Methods
      The course will be taught by presenting topics and discussing the topics in the subject, as well as reading the given materials and writing a colloquium and papers from the pre-exam requirements. - The basic subject requirement for all students is regular attendance, reading of teaching materials and writing pre-examinations during the semester. - In order to be eligible for attestation of proper attendance, a student may be absent for a maximum of three weeks, or 20% of coursework. Students who are more than ten minutes late in class or who leave ten or more minutes early will be considered not to have attended the class.

      Evaluation and grading
      Prerequisites consist of: two (2) midterm examinations (20 points each), active participation in research work (up to 5 points) and attendance of classes and exercises (up to 5 points). A total of 50 points can be earned on pre-requisites. Colloquium A colloquium is a written test conducted during the semester. At the beginning of the semester, the teacher or associate will explain in more detail the manner of the exam and the timing of the exam. Students are required to write a colloquium and for those who, for whatever reason, do not take the colloquium, they will be deemed not to have passed the colloquium and will receive zero (0) points, in accordance with the Decision on monitoring and evaluation of students' work in the 2013/2014 school year. year. Activity The student can earn credits for the activity based on participation in the research, which will be conducted during the semester. Based on participation and analysis and reports, it can earn from 0 to 5 points per activity. Final Exam The final exam is taken orally and knowledge of the entire subject is tested. The final exam carries a maximum of 50 points.
