Kiel institute za svjetsku ekonomiju jedan je od vodećih instituta za ekonomska istraživanja u Njemačkoj. Kiel institute poziva zainteresovane da podnesu aplikaciju na mjesto postdoktorskog istraživača specijalizovanog u oblasti eksperimentalne ili okolišne ekonomije ili bliske discipline za novi istraživački projekat finansiran od strane Njemačkog federalnog miistarstva za obrazovanje i istraživanje.

The Kiel Institute for the World Economy is one of the leading and most reputed economic research institutes in Germany. It is associated with the University of Kiel (the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel), the Leibniz Community and the largest library for economic sciences in the world (the Zentralbibliothek für Wirtschaftswissenschaften).
 

The Kiel Institute invites applications for a position of
Postdoctoral Researcher
specialising in experimental or environmental economics or a related discipline for a new research project funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. The project aims at evaluating people’s willingness to accept different climate change mitigation options.

The successful postdoctoral candidate has a PhD (or is close to finishing) in a discipline relevant to the project and has experience in at least one of the following areas:
- experimental economics
- behavioural economics
- climate policy
- econometrics
- impact assessment of environmental change

The position is a research position and need not involve teaching. The position is initially for two years but may subsequently be extended. The preferred starting date is January 2012. The salary depends on the qualification of the candidate and is determined according to the German public sector salary scheme (EG 14 TV-L). Knowledge of German is not required. The Kiel Institute is an equal opportunity employer. Applicants may also work part-time if desired.
