Agency for Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance of Bosnia and Herzegovina entered the University of Banja Luka and University of Istocno Sarajevo in the National Register of Accredited Higher Education Institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina on 6 February 2020.
As published on this Agency’s web page, public institutions from the Republic of Srpska were entered in accordance with the decision on accreditation issued by the Republic of Srpska Higher Education Accreditation Agency and the recommendations on accreditation issued by the Agency for Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
,,Previously, as stipulated by the Framework Law on Higher Education in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Agency conducted a procedure for evaluating the compliance of accreditation decisions with the minimum standards in the field of higher education and the criteria for accreditation of higher education institutions for the above-mentioned higher education institutions. After determining the compliance of the accreditation decision, registration was made at the National Register”, it says in the press release published on the Agency’s web page.
The accreditation period is five years.
